Intro to Photography

This course is for those new to photography and those that have been doing photography, but would like a better understanding of their camera and the basic principles of photography. You will learn how to set-up your camera properly and the essentials of photography, including: exposure, aperture, shutter speed, white balance, ISO, program and manual modes and image file types. We will also cover composition, lens selection, depth-of-field, exposure compensation and more. Students will share and discuss their images during the class.

This class will meet Saturday, Sept 19, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of five registered students.

Cost $75 per person.
